Every time an email reply goes out from your inbox, Staffify generates a short summary of the full thread. That summary is what you see as the one-line preview in the inbox list and the longer version when you open a thread. It helps you (or your team) scan the inbox and spot the state of a conversation without reading every message.

Because this uses AI, each generation counts as one credit draw on your monthly usage. You see the total on the Email summaries line of your billing page.

What is "Call data extraction"?

If the AI phone agent is configured to extract specific fields out of a call (date of birth, order number, address, custom field), that extraction runs once after the call ends and the extracted values are added to the call record and returned via the call webhook. Each call that uses this feature counts as one draw on the Call data extraction line.

What is "Contact enrichment"?

When a new email arrives with a signature block, Staffify pulls useful details out (name, job title, phone, company, VAT or registration numbers) and adds them to the matching CRM contact. Fields you filled in by hand are never overwritten. Each run counts as one draw on the Contact enrichment line. Emails without a detected signature are skipped.

Where do I see these on the billing page?

Open the Billing page from the main menu. In the Monthly credits usage card you see one line per feature with the number of times it ran and the total cost for the current period. Lines with no usage this period are hidden automatically.

Can I turn these features off?

Accepted Answer

Email summary and contact enrichment run automatically for every tenant with the email agent enabled. Call data extraction only runs when you configure an extraction schema on your API-call setup. To cap total AI spend per month, use the Monthly spending limit setting on your billing page.
