What is auto top-up?

Auto top-up automatically adds credit to your wallet when your balance drops below a threshold you choose, preventing your AI agents from going offline due to an empty wallet. You set a threshold amount (the trigger point) and a top-up amount (how much gets added). When your balance drops below the threshold, your saved card is charged the top-up amount automatically and credit is replenished instantly. You receive an email notification each time an auto top-up is triggered.

How to enable auto top-up

Click Balance in the left sidebar, find the Auto Top-Up section, toggle Enable Auto Top-Up to on, set your Threshold (the balance level that triggers a top-up), set your Top-Up Amount (how much credit to add each time), make sure you have a saved payment method on file, and click Save. The system checks your balance after every call and transaction and triggers a top-up if the balance is below your threshold.

Choosing the right threshold and top-up amount

Estimate your weekly usage from the Balance page transaction history. Set the threshold to cover about 2-3 days of average usage: EUR 10 threshold for under EUR 20/week usage, EUR 15-25 for EUR 20-50/week, and EUR 25-50 for over EUR 50/week. Set the top-up amount to cover at least one to two weeks of usage: EUR 25-50 for low volume, EUR 50-100 for medium volume, EUR 100-250 for high volume. Example: if you spend about EUR 40/week, set threshold to EUR 20 and top-up amount to EUR 50.

Managing your payment method

Auto top-up charges your default saved card. To add a card: go to Balance page, click Payment Methods or Add Card, enter card details (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover accepted), and click Save. To change default: click Set Default next to the card you want. To remove a card: click the trash icon and confirm (you need at least one card for auto top-up to work; removing the last card disables auto top-up). If a charge fails, the system retries automatically and you receive an email notification.

Can I disable auto top-up?

Yes, go to the Balance page, find the Auto Top-Up section, and toggle the switch to off. When disabled: your existing wallet credit stays unchanged, no further automatic charges are made, your threshold and top-up amount settings are saved for if you re-enable later, and you will need to add credit manually when your wallet runs low. If your balance reaches zero with auto top-up disabled, your AI agents stop answering calls until you add credit manually.
