How long do my credits last?

Every time your subscription renews, a new batch of credits is added to your account. Each batch stays valid for three billing periods. After that, whatever is left in that batch is removed.

Because new credits arrive every period, you almost always have multiple active batches at the same time. Your total balance is the sum of all active batches.

Which credits get used first?

Accepted Answer

The oldest credits are always used first, so credits about to expire naturally go first and you lose as little as possible. Example: Batch 1 (January, expires soon), Batch 2 (February), Batch 3 (March). Every call, SMS or message you use first draws down Batch 1. Only when Batch 1 is empty does the system move to Batch 2, then Batch 3.

Where can I see my credit batches?

Open the Billing page in the main menu. Below the main wallet balance you see a list called Credit lots with each batch, how much is left, and when it expires. Batches that expire within two weeks have an orange tag so you can plan ahead.

What happens to credits I did not use?

Accepted Answer

Credits still in a batch when it reaches its expiry date are removed from your balance that same day. There is no refund for unused credits. Because the oldest credits are consumed first, this only happens if you had way more credits than you used across the whole three-period window.

Do credits from refunds expire too?

Accepted Answer

No. Credits added through a manual refund stay on your account until you use them. Regular subscription credits always get used before refund credits because they expire and refund credits do not.
