Milestone celebration emails

A milestone email is a short celebration we send when your Staffify platform has saved your team a meaningful amount of time. The first one usually arrives around the 10-hour mark, and later ones follow at bigger milestones (25 hours, 50 hours, 100 hours, and so on, all the way up to a million hours for the long-running power users).

Each mail shows the total hours saved, an equivalent in euros at your configured hourly rate, and a per-agent breakdown so you can see where the savings are coming from.
