Linking more than one contact to a deal
Every deal has one primary contact and can have extra contacts, for example a decision maker and someone from finance at the same company.
The primary contact is the person you mainly deal with. Automations that start when a deal moves to a stage (emails) are sent to this person only.
Extra contacts are other people involved in the deal, such as a colleague who signs off the budget. They are linked to the deal so you can see who is involved, but they never receive automatic messages from the deal.
