Set up two-factor authentication, manage your password, and keep your Staffify account secure.

Staffify supports TOTP-based 2FA using any authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password.

  1. Go to Settings in the sidebar.
  2. Click the Account tab.
  3. Click Enable two-factor authentication.
  4. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app, or enter the setup key manually if your app does not support QR codes.
  5. Enter the 6-digit code from your app to confirm setup.
  6. Save your recovery codes. These are shown once and are the only way to access your account if you lose your authenticator device.

Once enabled, every login will require your password plus a code from your app.
