Let your AI agents, booking links and Advanced Booking share one agenda for one person, so bookings can never overlap.
Appointments booked by your AI agents (phone, chat, WhatsApp, email) and booking links live in a calendar group. Advanced Booking plans per team member. When the same person does both, link the two: they then share one agenda.
- An appointment booked by an agent blocks that time in Advanced Booking.
- An Advanced Booking for that team member (also when it is still a request) blocks that time for the agents and booking links of the group.
- Time off and the connected Google or Outlook calendar of the team member count for the group too.
- Two customers booking the same time at the same moment: only one gets it.
