Go to Call Agents in the sidebar, click Create New Employee, fill in the name, description, voice, and language, configure the personality and greeting message, add system instructions, then click Create. Assign a phone number to start receiving calls.

Go to Phone Numbers in the sidebar. If you don't have a number yet, click Buy Number and search for available numbers. Once you have a number, click Assign next to it, select your AI Agent from the dropdown, then click Confirm.

Go to Settings in the sidebar, click the Team tab, click Invite Member, enter their email address, set their permissions, then click Send Invite. They will receive an email invitation valid for 7 days.

You can control access to Call Agents, Call Logs, Phone Numbers, IVR Menus, Audio Library, Balance, Settings, Analytics, Integrations, Appointments, Knowledge Base, Calendar Groups, Tickets, Addresses, and Activity Log. Each permission can be set to: No access, View only, or View & Edit.
