How does Staffify pricing work?

Staffify uses a monthly subscription model. You subscribe to a package that funds your wallet each period and usage is deducted as your AI agents handle calls and conversations. Basic plan: EUR 250/mo, EUR 0.23/min for AI calls, EUR 0.03/message for chat. Starter plan: EUR 1,900/mo, EUR 0.17/min for AI calls, EUR 0.02/message for chat. Enterprise: custom pricing. Fixed charges: phone numbers at EUR 5/month each, CRM Premium at EUR 5/seat/month, call transfers and IVR time at EUR 0.05/min. Call minutes are billed rounded up to the nearest minute.

How do I top up my wallet?

Accepted Answer

Your 28-day package credits your wallet automatically each period. For additional credit, click Balance in the left sidebar, click the Add Credit button, select a preset amount or enter a custom amount, enter your card details or confirm with your saved card, and click Pay. Your card is charged immediately through Stripe and credit appears in your wallet within seconds. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

What's included in my account?

The Basic plan includes: unlimited AI agents, unlimited phone numbers, unlimited IVR phone menus, unlimited text widgets, unlimited knowledge base entries, up to 5 simultaneous concurrent calls, and 90 days of call recording retention. You also get full access to analytics, integrations, appointment booking, call transcripts, AI summaries, sentiment analysis, and all other platform features. How do I check my usage and balance?

The Balance page in the sidebar is your central hub for tracking spending. You can see your current wallet balance, full transaction history with dates and amounts, and usage breakdown showing spending on AI calls, transfers, IVR time, widgets, and phone numbers. You can filter transactions by date range to see spending for a specific period.

What happens when my wallet balance runs out?

Accepted Answer

When your wallet balance reaches zero, your AI agents stop answering calls immediately. Calls to your Staffify phone numbers will not be picked up and website widgets will not respond. To prevent this, enable auto top-up (set a threshold and top-up amount so your card is charged automatically when balance drops below the threshold). To resume service, simply add credit - your agents, phone numbers, and widgets remain configured and start working again immediately. Note: phone numbers still incur their monthly EUR 5 fee even when wallet is low.
