How does Staffify pricing work?

You have a fixed package that is billed every 4 weeks (a 28-day cycle). Packages start from 99 euros per 4 weeks, excluding VAT.

Each paid renewal adds credits to your account
All usage is deducted from those credits: phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, chat messages, SMS and AI features
You spread the credits freely across all channels, so you do not pay a separate amount per channel

Which package fits you depends on your volume and the channels you use. Your account manager helps you choose, or book an introductory call.

What's included in my package?

Every package gives access to the whole platform: AI agents for phone, email, WhatsApp and website chat, the built-in CRM, appointments with Google or Outlook calendar sync, quotes and invoices with e-invoicing, tickets, email marketing, knowledge base, analytics, integrations and webhooks. Your package determines your credits per cycle and your capacity, such as simultaneous calls.

What does usage cost?

Usage is charged per minute, per message or per action, according to your package. Call minutes are rounded up to whole minutes. You see your exact rates on the Billing screen in the app.

How long are my credits valid?

Credits expire 84 days (three cycles) after they were added, and the oldest credits are always used first.

What happens when my credits run out?

Your services keep running. Usage above your credits is billed as overage on your next 4-weekly invoice. You get an email at 80% and 100% of your package amount, and you can set a spending limit under Billing > Settings.

How do I check my usage?

Open the Billing screen in the app. It shows your remaining credits, your usage per type and per day, your invoices and your payment methods.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Card, iDEAL, Bancontact and SEPA direct debit. When you pay with iDEAL or Bancontact, we set up automatic SEPA direct debit for later charges.

Question 8

Can I change my package or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your account manager changes your package, up or down. The new package starts at your next renewal and your remaining credits stay until they expire. You can cancel at any time; your account stays active until the end of the current cycle.

Question 9

Are prices including VAT?

Accepted Answer

No. Package prices, credits, rates and usage are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added on the invoice.
