Where do new bookings show up?

Under Advanced Booking, Bookings. You can switch between kanban (columns by status) and list (sortable table). Bookings needing approval also appear under Requests.

What are the booking statuses?

Requested, Confirmed, In progress, Completed, Invoiced, Paid, Cancelled, No show, and Rescheduled. Drag cards in kanban or set status from the booking detail.

How do I confirm a booking request?

Open Requests, click the card, review the details, pick a final time from the calendar picker, and click Confirm. The customer receives a confirmation email and the booking moves to Confirmed.

How do I reject a booking request?

Click Reject on the request detail, enter a reason which is shown to the customer in the rejection email. Bulk reject is available from the list view with a single shared reason.

How does reschedule work?

Operator can reschedule from the booking detail. Customer can reschedule via the magic link in the confirmation email. The original is marked Rescheduled and linked to the new booking for audit.

How do I cancel a booking?

Open the booking and click Cancel. Add a reason for internal records. The customer receives a cancellation email. Deposit refunds are not automatic - decide per case.

What is the magic link in the confirmation email?

A unique link customers use to manage their booking without logging in. They can view, reschedule, cancel, or open the invoice. You can resend it from the booking detail if lost.

How do I add a booking manually?

Click New booking. Pick or create the customer, the service, the team member, and the slot. Confirmations are still sent if you provide an email. Manual bookings skip deposit collection.

Can I see external Google Calendar events on the calendar?

Yes. Connected team members' personal events appear as anonymous Busy blocks. They prevent customers from booking that slot. Customer names and event titles are not shown.
