Which moments cannot be customised?

When Stripe Connect is active, the initial invoice email and the dunning reminders are owned by Stripe. They are hidden from the editor because edits would not take effect.

How do I edit a template?

Pick moment, language, and channel. Edit subject and body. Use variables like customer.name and booking.confirmed_slot_at. Save. Override applies to all future sends.

How do I reset a template to the default?

Click Reset to default in the editor. Override is removed and the next email uses the built in default wording.

Can I preview a template before sending?

Yes. The Preview panel renders with sample data. For real data send yourself a test booking via the public page.

Why is my custom template not being sent?

You may have edited the wrong language, the customer is set to a different language, or you edited a Stripe managed moment. Empty subjects are rejected at save time.

Can I send SMS notifications?

For some moments yes, when you have a verified SMS sender ID. Editor has a Channel selector. SMS is plain text and per message cost is shown.

Where do I see what notifications were actually sent?

Booking detail and customer detail both have a Notifications panel listing every email and SMS with timestamp, channel, subject, and delivery status.
