Customers
Customer database, search, tags, dynamic and static segments, CSV import and export.
Advanced Booking → Customers is your customer database. Every person who books on your page is automatically added. You can also add customers manually for phone or walk in business.
Per customer you see:
- Name, email, phone, address
- Total bookings and last booking date
- Total spend (sum of paid invoices)
- Tags you assigned
- Email opt in status
- Booking history
- Invoices and quotes
