Do I need to be technical to set Advanced Booking up?

No. Advanced Booking is configured entirely through the dashboard. No code, no embed snippet, no DNS work for the basic setup. Email campaigns from your own domain require SPF and DKIM DNS records, which we generate for you.

Is Advanced Booking included in my Staffify plan?

Yes, Advanced Booking access is part of your Staffify subscription. Stripe charges its own per transaction fee for payments processed through Stripe Connect, but Staffify does not charge extra for Advanced Booking features.

Can I use Advanced Booking without Stripe?

Yes. The booking page, customer database, team, calendar, quotes, and email tools work without Stripe. Stripe Connect is only needed for deposits at booking time, hosted invoices with payment links, and Stripe processed refunds.

Which languages does Advanced Booking support?

Customer facing pages and notification emails ship in English and Dutch. The booking page picks the language from the browser by default. The admin dashboard is in English.

Can multiple team members log in?

Yes. Invite additional users under Settings, Team Management. Each user can be assigned a role, and team members can also get a mobile day view via a magic link without a full account.
